Privacy Policy and Data Protection (KVKK)
As data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we explain how we process your personal data.

Data we process
Name, email, phone, website and message you share in contact and quote forms; CV and portfolio details for job applications; technical logs such as IP address and browser information; and the public web addresses you enter into our analysis tools.
Purposes
Responding to your requests and preparing quotes, running contracts, managing recruitment, keeping the site secure and preventing abuse, and, with your consent, measuring site usage anonymously.
Legal bases
Under KVKK Art. 5/2: necessity for entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interest; for analytics cookies, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Personal data is shared only with our hosting, email and (with consent) analytics providers, to the extent the service requires. Some providers may be located abroad; transfers comply with KVKK Art. 9.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for 2 years, job applications for 1 year and analysis tool reports for 30 days, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation. Send requests to info@ovipu.com; we reply within 30 days.
