Ovipu offers project management, web design, e-commerce services, software, custom software development (web apps, CRM/ERP, B2B portals, APIs), mobile app development, digital marketing, data and product management, graphic design, social media management, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and brand identity.
How long has Ovipu been in business?
The Ovipu team has been building web design, software and digital marketing projects since 2014, working with brands in fashion, toys, home textiles, technology and B2B.
Where is your office and which areas do you serve?
Our office is at Yenidoğan Mahallesi, Zorlu Sokak No:17/A, Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. We meet in person across all 39 districts of Istanbul and serve clients in all 81 provinces of Türkiye and around the world remotely.
Why do you recommend a 360° approach instead of a single service?
Digital success comes from site, content, ads and operations moving together. Managing only one part can create gaps with the others. If you prefer a single service, we are happy to help; we pick the right model together in the pre-analysis.
Pricing and timing
How long does a website take?
A standard corporate website usually goes live 2–4 weeks after design approval. E-commerce projects take 4–8 weeks; first releases of custom software and mobile apps take 6–14 weeks depending on scope.
How is website pricing determined?
Price depends on page count, design originality, number of languages, integrations and software needs. After a free pre-analysis we provide a fixed, itemized quote with no surprise costs later.
How do payments work?
We usually split payments across project start, design approval and launch. Monthly services (SEO, social media) are billed monthly.
Technical
Does my e-commerce platform affect the work?
We know all common platforms including Ticimax, IdeaSoft, ikas, T-Soft, Shopify and WooCommerce. Open-source systems may need extra development effort; we report your platform's strengths and weaknesses in the pre-analysis.
Whose name are the domain and accounts in?
Domain, hosting, analytics and store accounts are opened in your name; you always own these assets.
Do you hand over the source code?
We don't hand over source code on every project. We build on our own frameworks, components and licensed software, so source code delivery depends on the project type and is defined clearly in the contract. For custom projects that require a code transfer, we discuss it separately at the quote stage.
What do you do to make my site appear in AI search?
We allow AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended), add an llms.txt file, schema.org structured data and quotable Q&A content blocks. You can measure your current state with our free AI Analysis tool.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Web projects include 3 months of free technical support after launch, followed by optional maintenance plans covering updates, backups, security and content.

How do I follow progress?
Every project gets a project manager. You see every step through a weekly progress report and a private project board.

Of course. We can meet at our Bayrampaşa office or at yours in nearby districts; for other areas we hold video meetings.
